Shipping Policy

At Cozy Sassy Things, we work hard to get your snarky, cozy goodies to you as quickly and safely as possible! Here’s the lowdown on how shipping works:

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can stalk your package like a pro.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

  • First Class Mail (US): 1–5 business days 
  • USPS Ground Advantage (US): 2-5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail (US): 1-3 business days.

International shipping times vary depending on your location. Customs and import duties may apply.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email if your chosen shipping option offers it. Because we love honesty almost as much as sarcasm, please note that tracking updates are provided by the carrier, so times may vary slightly.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We pack your goodies with love and care, but sometimes the shipping gremlins strike. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
