Where are you located?

Cozy Sassy Things is locates in Boston, Massachusetts. All our items are designed and printed locally in our home studio.

Where do my items ship from?

Our items ship from our home studio here in Boston, MA. We do not use drop shipping or third party warehouses.

What is your processing time?

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, as all items are produced in our small studio. If you’re on a tight timeline, contact us at hello@cozysassythings.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Additional shipping or rush fees may apply.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We love custom orders and bringing your creative ideas to life. Email us at hello@cozysassythings.com with the details, and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours with a pricing estimate.

What postal service do you use?

We ship all orders through USPS. If you’d prefer a different carrier, just email us at hello@cozysassythings.com - we’re happy to work something out!

Will I get tracking with my order?

Yes! Every order—domestic or international—comes with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours after your order ships for the tracking info to update.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Orders may be returned for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to qualify. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Please note that Cozy Sassy Things is not responsible for return shipping. Once we receive your return, a full refund for the product price will be issued.
