Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order from Cozy Sassy Things—but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Because we’re a small studio and many of our products are handmade, we can’t accept returns on custom orders or sale items.

How to Start a Return
Send us an email at hello@cozysassythings.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you can send the item back to us.
Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund for the product price (excluding original shipping). Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You’ll get a confirmation email when it’s done.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right—promise.

Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? Email us as soon as possible. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to stop it in time. For custom orders, cancellations may be subject to a fee according to material purchased or used to begin order.
